17 homeowners in Delaware, Schoharie and 2 counties are awarded reimbursement grants from the Catskill Watershed Corporation for replacement septic systems and additional construction costs. The funding comes from the Corporation’s Septic and Flood Hazard Mitigation Implementation Programs. 2 Walton property owners also received money for flood mitigation work.
