Governor Andrew Cuomo gave his farewell address on Monday, recapping his achievements over his 10 years in office, lamenting issues not acted on and wishing his successor well. Cuomo did criticize the investigation he ordered into sexual harrassment claims saying it was a “a political firecracker on an explosive topic”. Kathy Hochul is now New York’s first woman governor.
