The Community Foundation of Otsego County makes 3 new grant awards. Helios Care received $10,000 while Family Planning of South Central New York was awarded $7,500. n award from the Community Foundation’s COVID-19 Relief and Recovery Fund supported The Glimmerglass Festival and their innovative Glimmerglass on the Grass season.
