The Chenango County Health Department announces masks are required when inside county-operated buildings. That requirement is regardless of vaccination status. Departmebnt officials are also recommending that businesses, organizations and schools implement a mask requirement. Earlier thsi week the department reported 3 deaths due to COVID-19 related complications.
