A doctor at Bassett Healthcare Network is selected by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board to receive an award for the 2021-22 academic year. Dr. Dr. Samuel Badalian is chief of Women’s Health and will use the scholarship to develop a urogynecology program in Armenia.
