The Susquehanna SPCA will hold a ribbon cuttting ceremony tomorrow at its new shelter on State Highway 28 in Cooperstown. An open house is being held starting at 10:00 a.m. and the ceremony is at 10:45. Fundraising for the new shelter started 3 years ago and the new facility has a sterile surgery suite along with two separate entrances to separate incoming animals from visitors. The open house runs until 4:00 p.m.
