The Springfield Center library is awarded a grant for courses to teach staff on how to lead conversations for improving internet access. According to All Otsego the $3,000 grant comes from the “Libraries Transforming Communities: Focus on Small and Rural Libraries” imitative which aims to better serve smaller and rural community libraries. The library is holding a public meeting on Aug. 20 to discuss improving access to broadband.
