The Norwich City Council goes back to square one in its search for a new Youth Bureau Director. According to the Evening Sun Mayor Shawn Sastri withdrew his application for the job after the Common Council decided not to offer him the position saying they wanted to review the decision because of new information. Sastri tells the newspaper he now plans to finish his mayoral term.
