Oneonta’s police department Community Advisory Board is now reviewing changes to the department reforms document produced on order of Gov. Andrew Cuomo following the death of George Floyd last year in Minneapolis. According to All Otsego the changes made by a board committee are to be finalized within about a month then a public hearing will scheduled. The board will again meet on July 27.
