Charges are now filed in a Sidney police pursuit involving a stolen motorcycle. Police say it happened July 4 when Anthony Masi of Sidney failed to pull over. The pursuit was broken off due to safety concerns. Masi is facing a felony stolen property charge plus a number of other violations. He was arraigned on Monday then State Police took Masi into custody on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
