We now know what former Congressman Anthony Brindisi wants to do now that he’s ruled our running to regain his seat. The ex-22nd District representative announced he’s running for State Supreme Court justice in the 5th Judicial District. That district gained a justice under a law passed by the legislature this year. Brindisi lost to Claudia Tenney last November after a number of legal battles over ballot counting.
