The Susquehanna SPCA presented certificates of appreciation to Otsego Sheriff Devlin and Sheriff’s Deputy Puffer for their efforts in combating animal cruelty and bravery in service of animals. Executive Director Stacie Haynes says they are so grateful to have a wonderful partnership with the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office as they do so much to help them make a difference for animals in need. Sheriff’s deputies recently helped with rescuing several horses from poor living conditions.
