A pair of Sidney apartment complex tenants are suing their landlord claiming their units repeatedly flooded with wastewater and were not cleaned and disinfected. The suit was filed in Delaware County Court against the owners of Hidden Hollow Apartments and the plaintiff’s attorney says the flooding occurred on 5 occasions since July of last year. The lawyer says a Village of Sidney judge ordered the owners to fix the apartments after code violations were issued.
