Otsego County’s industrial development agency gets a $600,000 county loan to develop a town of Richfield property. According to All Otsego county commissioners on Wednesday unanimously approved the financing for Otsego Now which will go for extending natural gas, water and sewer lines to the Route 28 property. Executive Director Jody Zakrevsky says around $1.2 million in project funding will be coming from federal sources.
