A man from Norwich facing federal child sexual exploitation charges takes a plea deal. According to the U.S. Department of Justice for Northern District of New York Patrick Kain dmitted that from roughly 2016 through 2019 he created sexually explicit images and videos of three different victims, each of whom were approximately five years old. Kain’s guilty plea means he will be in jail for at least 35 years when he’s sentenced on Oct. 6.
