Nick Libous, the son of late Senator Tom Libous says he is considering running for his dad’s former senate seat. Libous posted on social media that he is mulling the run after Senator Fred Akshar announced he isn’t running for re-election in the 52nd district. Libous says his father taught him to never quit and Albany needs a fighter so he’s considering being that person.
