Hyde Hall in Cooperstown is open again for tours. Officials say masks are required regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status and mansion tour sizes are limited to 8 individuals with social distancing in place. The Hall is known for its builder, Engflishman George Clark who died a year after the mansion was built and is said to haunt the house because he didn’t get much time to enjoy it.
