A heads up if you use East St. in Oneonta. Starting today NYSEG and its contractor will be replacing a gas main near Graduate Avenue. Work continues through next Tuesday, weather permitting. The traffic signal will be in flash mode between 7:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m. with flaggers controlling the intersection. Call the Department of Public Service at (607) 432-2100 if there are questions about the project.
