The Catskill Watershed Corporation Board of Directors approved funding for several projects in the Septic program during its meeting on June 1, A total of 23 homeowners in Delaware, Schoharie and 2 other counties were awarded funding for replacement septic systems and additional construction costs. Under New York State Health Department regulations, homeowners not served by municipal sewage treatment systems are responsible for maintaining individual septic systems.
