Senator Fred Akshar gives a New York State Senate Empire Award to an Oxford pharmacy for their outstanding work vaccinating 5,000 people for COVID-19. Akshar says he was proud to present the award to Bartle’s Pharmacy for all of their hard work during the pandemic. The New York State Senate Empire Award recognizes businesses that have achieved a high level of excellence in their communities.
