Forbes Magazine released its list of America’s Best-In-State Banks for 2021 and Norwich-based NBT Bank was the top-ranked national bank in New York. The financial magazine’s editors ranked financial institutions based on an independent survey where consumers were asked to rate banks at which they have or had checking accounts. Categories included overall satisfaction, trust, terms & conditions, branch services, digital services, customer service and financial advice.
