A parolee from Hobart is back behind bars and is now facing new charges. Police say William K. McLean was taken into custody on June 15 for a parole violation and officers found he possessed 6 different controlled substances. cLean was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility pending a future parole revocation hearing He received an appearance ticket for the 6 drug possession charges.
