The 2021 New York State Fair will operate at 100% capacity. The announcement was made on Monday as New York approached 70% of the population receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The fair’s midway will also return along with exhbitis and activities in all buildings. The fair starts Aug. 20 and runs through Sep. 6. Get a full list of attractions and events at nysfair.ny.gov.
