An Otsego County student wins a full scholarship to any State University of New York college or university, including tuition and room and board. Officials announced Jordan Gallusser won the prize in this week’s ‘Get a Shot to Make Your Future’ drawing. The incentive was designed to entice 12-to-17-year-olds to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Parents or guardians need to sign up their vaccinated children in order to win the scholarship. There are 2 more drawings scheduled.
