A welfare check in Chenango County on Sunday turns into a drug bust with more than $100,000 worth of product seized. Police say they responded to a Greene convenience store and found the suspect identified as Phillip Cosilmon slumped over the steering wheel. As officers checked Cosilmon’s car they found meth, cocaine and heroin along with other drugs plus $22,000 in cash. Cosilmon now faces a felony change and is incarcerated with no bail.
