At this week’s Oneonta Common Council meeting the organization constructing a housing development at the Ford Block building unveiled the project plans. According to All Otsego the project on the upper 2 stories of 212 Main St. will have 22 to 24 market rate residential one and two bedroom apartments. Thr project is being done by Springbrook, an organization that provides support for the developmentally disabled.
