A Memorial Day gathering takes place at Lakewood Cemetery in Cooperstown from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. rain or shine. At 2:30 p.m. the Cooperstown Veterans Club Honor Guard and members of Scout Troop 1254 will raise the flag which is near the L.C. Turner Post, G.A.R Lot. Events will take place on the main entrance road near the cemetery vault. Please wear masks and observe social distancing.
