The Delaware County Board of Supervisors releases the second video in a series reflecting the past year of life and government operations during COVID-19 along with a look at the present and future of a post-pandemic Delaware County. Officials declared a state of emergency on Mar. 14, 2020 and government services were left with limited options despite extensive planning for public health emergencies.
