The Otsego County Department of Health reports an individual who tested positive for COVID-19 was at the County Courthouse in Cooperstown on Monday. Officials say an investigation is underway to determine close contacts of the individual and potential exposure to the virus. Once that is completed the department will then notify anyone who may have been exposed and will advise on next steps. The courthouse will be cleaned and disinfected.
