Delhi Police say a trio of men face charges after they were discovered passed out in a parked car. Officers were called on May 8 for a report that a man was slumped over the wheel of a running car and they found all 3 men appeared to have overdosed on opioids so the anti-opioid drug Narcan was administered. The trio were checked out at O’Connor Hospital then were booked and released on their own recognizance.
