The Fenimore Art Museum opened for the season last Thursday and the opening exhibit is called “The World of Jan Brett”. It invites visitors to step into the stories of the admired children’s author and illustrator with 70 original paintings from 13 of Brett’s bestselling books, showcasing the intricate brush strokes and great detail that goes into each illustration. Brett will conduct a virtual Story Time Live session on Apr. 17 at 10:30 a.m.
