A felony child pornography charge is brought against a Richmondville man following a multi-jurisdictional investigation headed by State Police. Last Friday Robert Kucienski was taken into custody after a search warrant was executed at his home. The search also resulted in the seizure of an unregistered handgun. Kucienski was arraigned in Richmondville Town Court then released on his own recognizance with his next court appearance scheduled for Wednesday. The investigation is continuing.
