The Chenango County Health Department is encouraging residents to get the COVID-19 vaccine and officials say there’s more vaccine supply than there are people signing up for appointments. Around 40% of county residents have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine. There is a clinic on Thursday at the South Plaza – old Label Shopper Store in Norwich with appointments available in the morning and evening. A registration link is on the department’s Facebook page.
