The City of Oneonta will be upgrading the drainage system on Richmond Ave. starting today and wrapping up by the end of the day Thursday. Work will occur between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Richmond Ave north of Bronk St will be closed to local traffic only so plan extra time to take an alternate route around that area.
