Heightened concerns with COVID 19 have prompted the City of Oneonta Police Department wants make residents aware that Individuals who host parties or gatherings in violation of federal, state and/or local restrictions could be charged with a misdemeanor. The Oneonta Police Department, in coordination with the SUNY Oneonta University Police and other local agencies, will be working to discourage large gatherings which could become super spreader situations.
