State Police are looking for tips to find an individual involved in an incident Friday night in the Village of Afton. He’s described as a white man in his 40s with a beard and was wearing a dark jacket. The man was seen on State Highway 41 hearing north in a white GMC pickup truck with the word “Handyman” on the tailgate. Contact State Police in Sidney if you’ve seen the truck or know where the man is.
