The second time was not the charm for an Oneonta man who was in a dispute with another individual. Police say Jason Manderville was taken into custody after threatening an Oneida St. resident with a chainsaw then released on his own recognizance. Manderville then went back to the same location and started the house on fire then fled. He was arrested again and charged with 2 felonies then book into the Otsego County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
