County Representative Clark to Run for Second Term

Candidates in the Nov. 2 local elections can begin circulating petitions today. County Representative Clark Oliver, of Oneonta, has announced he plans to run for a second term. According to AllOtsego.com, Oliver, who is also the county Democratic chairman, when asked if the Democrats plan to run a candidate in every Democratic district, said his party has appointed a committee, chaired by Leslie Berliant of Middlefield, that will seek candidates. Oliver’s district includes Wards 1 and 2, encompassing the city’s East End and the colleges.
