Now a heads up if you need to use College Terrace in Oneonta today. Crews will be replacing a catch basin in front of 32 College Terrace with work expected to conclude by 3:30pm. College Terrace will be closed from Overlook Dr to Suncrest Terrace. Local traffic will be allowed through. Plan for extra time to take an alternate route. Call the Department of Public Service at (607) 432-2100 with any project questions.
