A Richfield man has been arrested on charges of possession of child pornography. New York State Police arrested Justin M. Lopez at his residence on February 4th as the result of a cyber tip that sparked an investigation. Lopez was found to be in possession of pornagraphic videos involving children. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Town of Richfield Court next week.
