Otsego County students can again play high-wisk sports under a directive issued by the County Health Department. All Otsego reports Public Health Director Heidi Bond issued the order on Friday and it says local school boards would have to opt in, superintendents must develop a plan, parents must sign approval forms, and the athletes must be cleared by their doctors. Each school district also will provide a hotline to report violations in safety protocols.
