An Oneonta taxi driver has been arrested for soliciting sexual acts in exchange for the cab fare. Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a report of an individual being solicited by Jeremy Wilcox of Oneonta. Wilcox was charged with 1 count of patronizing a person for prostitution, he was issued an appearance ticket and must appear in the Town of Franklin Court to answer the charge on a later date.
