An investigation into a stolen credit card results in a Town of Oneonta man facing charges. The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office says the investigation resulted in Scott Sieger being taken into custody on Jan. 9. No details were provided on when the theft occurred. Sieger was given an appearance ticket for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and 1 count of Petit Larceny for arraignment at a later date.
