51st District State Senator Peter Oberacker issued a statement on Governor Cuomo’s state budget proposal. Oberacker says Cuomo’s plans failed to include many of the details needed to truly assess his spending proposal. He added that blaming Washington for New York’s woes and threatening lawsuits is not the best path forward. Oberacker says he is looking forward to helping develop a final plan that meets the needs of those he represents and establishes a strong foundation for the future.
