A 22nd Otsego County resident has died from coronavirus-related complications. The Otsego County Department of Health did not disclose the individual’s age and gender. 25 new COVID-19 cases were reported on Wednesday bringing the total number of active cases to 195. Chenango County health officials reported 2 additional deaths on Wednesday bringing the total to 30. Delaware County reported 14 additional COVID-19 cases on Wednesday with 165 now active.
