Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzig will deliver his annual State of the City address on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. preceding the City Council meeting. Mayor Herzig’s address will focus on how we are preparing to turn the corner from “Survive” to “Thrive” as we head into the new year The State of the City address and the Council Meeting can be viewed by the public at the City’s YouTube page.
