A 24th Otsego County resident has died from coronavirus-related complications. The Otsego County Department of Health did not disclose the individual’s age and gender. It’s the fourth death in the county since the new year. There are 270 active COVID-19 cases with 19 people in the hospital. Delaware County has 132 active cases and 13 hospitalizations while Chenango County reports 191 active cases and 21 people hospitalized.
