Judge Sets Deadline For Limo Crash Investigation Impasse

A judge in Schoharie County sets a Wednesday deadline for the county prosecutor and the National Transportation Safety Board to work out their differences in the investigation into the Oct. 6 stretch limo crash that killed 20 people. The NTSB issued a public statement last month complaining it can’t get access to the limo wreckage and as time is passing valuable evidence could be lost. The vehicle is currently in the possession of New York State Police.
