NY Lifts Business Mask-or-Vax Mandate

Beginning today you are no longer required to wear a mask when going into a business but masks in schools, in hospitals and on buses are still mandated. Gov. Former SUNY Delhi Student Sentenced For Unemployment Fraud

A former SUNY Delhi student gets 3 years’ probation for his plea deal to fraudulently obtaining unemployment benefits. According to prosecutors the student obtained the benefits from California and made over $13,000 in transactions. The student has to made restitution and perform community service. Fire Destroys Edmeston Home

A home in Edmeston is destroyed by fire Tuesday evening. It broke out around 9 00 p.m. in the area of Route 80 and Dinky Joe Road. State Warns Businesses Not To Give Away Pot

The state’s Office of Cannabis Management is sending cease-and-desist letters to businesses believed to be “gifting” marijuana to get around the prohibition on unlicensed sales. Bassett Adds Second K-9 Team
