NY Law Protects Employees from Retaliation For Reporting Illegal Activities

New York has a new law protecting employees from retaliation for reporting llegal or dangerous business activities by their employer. The definition of employee is expanded to include former employees protecting those who may have been retaliated against post-employment. There is a 2-year statute of limitations to ensure proper action can be taken.
